We are all experiencing dramatic changes in the way we live, work, and connect during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is normal to be feeling anxiety, anger, sadness, and uncertainty. You or your student may also be experiencing other physical symptoms, such as muscle tension, aches and pains, headaches, and low energy, as our minds and bodies are so closely connected.
