Westwind's wellness theme for November is SELF-CARE.  There are many benefits to practicing self-care, including:

  • Improved productivity & motivation
  • Boost in your immune system
  • Improved self-compassion
  • A healthier relationship with yourself
  • More energy to devote to others 

November 8, 2019, has been declared by the board as a WELLNESS DAY, and we are encouraging all of our staff to engage in some self-care as they enjoy a well-deserved day off.  Share your self-care social media posts with us by adding #WestwindWellness or email us your photos to wsd.pr@westwind.ab.ca
