- Be well-versed in literacy and numeracy strategies grounded in evidence-based research.

- Possess strong assessment skills with proficiency in providing constructive feedback and an understanding of outcome-based reporting.

Additional desirable skills and experiences include:
- Proficiency in assessment for learning strategies to track and improve student progress.
- An understanding of trauma-informed practice and experience working with students who have encountered trauma.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A strong understanding of and the ability to demonstrate the Alberta Education Teaching Quality Standard.
- A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate.
- Willingness to provide a current vulnerable sector check before employment begins.
